GAMBLING REGULATION FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 58 OF 2009) - SECT 139
Authority conferred by a gaming industry employee's licence
(1) In section 9A.1.2(1)(c) of the Principal
Act, after "gaming equipment" insert "or monitoring equipment".
(2) In section 9A.1.2(1)(d) of the Principal Act,
after "gaming equipment" insert ", monitoring equipment".
