GAMBLING REGULATION FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 58 OF 2009) - SECT 77

    (1)     In section 4.3A.34(1) of the Principal Act, for "A" substitute "Subject to subsection (1A), a".

    (2)     After section 4.3A.34(1) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(1A)     A temporary wagering and betting licence issued under section 4.3A.31(1A) may be extended once only for a period of 90 days.".
