Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Commissioner must give reasonable assistance to a person who is making a complaint to the Commissioner or confirming a complaint made to the Commissioner.
(2) The Commissioner, in giving reasonable assistance to a person under this section, may assist the person to identify the parties to the complaint.
