HEALTH COMPLAINTS ACT 2016 (NO. 22 OF 2016) - SECT 68

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct a person who is executing a warrant issued under section 65.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person,
60 penalty units;

    In the case of a body corporate,
300 penalty units.
