INFRINGEMENTS ACT 2006 (NO 12 OF 2006) - SECT 130

    (1)     An attachment of debts order must be served on the garnishee within 7 days of the making of the order.

    (2)     An attachment of debts order binds the debts to which it applies on service of the order.
