Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) For the purpose of enforcing a charge under this Part or registering an instrument connected with an enforcement of a charge under this Part, the Registrar of Titles may cancel the folio of the Register kept under the Transfer of Land Act 1958 for the land charged and create a new folio.
(2) The Registrar of Titles may make any other recording in the Register kept under the Transfer of Land Act 1958 that is necessary because of the operation of this Part.
