INFRINGEMENTS ACT 2006 (NO 12 OF 2006) - SECT 154

Suspension of community work permit

    If—

        (a)     an infringement offender is ill; or

        (b)     there are other exceptional circumstances—

the Secretary may suspend for a period the operation of a community work permit or any condition of a community work permit.
