INFRINGEMENTS ACT 2006 (NO 12 OF 2006) - SECT 172

In section 99A of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 —

        (a)     in sub-section (2), omit "and Schedule 7";

        (b)     in sub-section (3)—

              (i)     for "registrar of the PERIN Court" substitute "infringements registrar";

              (ii)     for "PERIN Court" substitute "Infringements Court";

        (c)     in sub-section (4)—

              (i)     for "registrar of the PERIN Court" substitute "infringements registrar";

              (ii)     for "PERIN Court" substitute "Infringements Court".
