INFRINGEMENTS ACT 2006 (NO 12 OF 2006) - SECT 176

    (1)     Subdivision 7 of Division 3 of Part 4 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 is repealed .

    (2)     Schedule 7 to the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 , except for clauses 28 and 29, is repealed .
