INFRINGEMENTS ACT 2006 (NO 12 OF 2006) - SECT 20

    (1)     Subject to this Act, the withdrawal of an infringement notice does not affect any other procedure or action that can be taken under this Act.

    (2)     This section applies to an infringement notice—

        (a)     withdrawn by withdrawal notice; or

        (b)     deemed to be withdrawn by a provision of this Act.
