Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsDespite anything to the contrary in this Division, the expiation of an infringement offence under this Division in relation to an offence which is—
(a) a traffic infringement within the meaning of the Road Safety Act 1986 does not prevent the incurring of demerit points under section 25 of that Act in relation to the infringement offence; and
(b) a transport infringement in relation to a tow-truck under the Transport Act 1983 does not prevent the incurring of demerit points under section 181B of the Transport Act 1983 in relation to the infringement offence.
