This Division does not apply to an infringement notice to which any of the following provisions apply—

        (a)     section 67 or 89B of the Road Safety Act 1986 ;

        (b)     section 87A of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995 ;

        (c)     section 215D of the Transport Act 1983 ;

        (d)     section 61B of the Marine Act 1988 .
