Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The person to whom an infringement warrant against a natural person (including a director to whom a declaration under section 91 applies) is directed must cause the person named or described in the infringement warrant, when arrested—
(a) to be brought before the Court within 48 hours of being arrested to be dealt with according to law; or
(b) to be released on bail in accordance with the endorsement on the infringement warrant.
(2) A person arrested on an infringement warrant may be discharged from custody on bail under section 10 of the Bail Act 1977 .
