Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This Part applies if an infringement warrant has been issued against a registered operator of a motor vehicle, whether or not a seven-day notice has been served on that person.
(2) The sheriff or a police member may take action under this Part in addition to any other action under this Act.
