    (1)     In section 49D(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 omit "or Minister".

    (2)     In section 49D(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 —

        (a)     after "an agency" insert "or the Minister";

        (b)     after "the agency" insert "or Minister".
