INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURES, OVERSIGHT AND INDEPENDENCE) ACT 2019 (NO. 2 OF 2019) - SECT 5
Amendment of purposes
After section (1)(b) of the Principal Act insert —
"(ba) to ensure that those disclosures are
properly assessed and, where necessary, investigated;".
