INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURES, OVERSIGHT AND INDEPENDENCE) ACT 2019 (NO. 2 OF 2019) - SECT 59

For section 4 of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 substitute —

        "     4     Public interest complaint taken to be complaint

For the purposes of this Act—

        (a)     a public interest complaint that would not otherwise constitute a complaint is taken to be a complaint under section 43; and

        (b)     the person who made the public interest complaint is taken to be the complainant in relation to the complaint.".
