INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURES, OVERSIGHT AND INDEPENDENCE) ACT 2019 (NO. 2 OF 2019) - SECT 62

In section 38(2) of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 —

        (a)     in paragraph (d)(i), for " Protected Disclosure Act 2012 " substitute " Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012 ";

        (b)     in paragraph (d)(ii), for "obligations;" substitute "obligations.";

        (c)     paragraph (e) is repealed .
