INFRINGEMENTS (CONSEQUENTIAL AND OTHER AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO 32 OF 2006) - SECT 84

    (1)     For section 80(2) of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995 substitute —

    "(2)     An offence referred to in sub-section (1) for which an infringement notice may be served is an infringement offence within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006 .".

    (2)     For section 80A(2) of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995 substitute —

    "(2)     An offence referred to in sub-section (1) for which an infringement notice may be served is an infringement offence within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006 .".

    (3)     Sections 81 and 83 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995 are repealed .
