INFRINGEMENTS AND OTHER ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 9 OF 2008) - SECT 16
Payment plans may extend period for bringing proceedings for offence
(1) In section 53(1) of the Principal Act,
omit "other than a lodgeable infringement offence" (wherever occurring).
(2) The note at the foot of section 53 of the
Principal Act is repealed .
