JURY DIRECTIONS ACT 2015 (NO. 14 OF 2015) - SECT 79

For section 61 of the Crimes Act 195 8 substitute —

" Note

Subdivision (8F) previously provided for jury directions concerning delay in sexual offence cases. Those matters
are now provided for by the Jury Directions Act 2015 . In particular—

              •     for directions concerning delay and forensic disadvantage, see Division 5 of Part 4 of that Act; and

              •     for directions concerning delay and credibility, see Division 2 of Part 5 of that Act.".

Division 4—Minor amendment of Criminal Procedure Act 2009
