JUSTICE LEGISLATION (FURTHER AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 79 OF 2006) - SECT 41

In the Legal Profession Act 2004 —

        (a)     in section 6.7.5(2)(b), for "6.7.10." substitute "6.7.10;";

        (b)     after section 6.7.5(2)(b) insert —

    "(c)     any amount paid by the Board under section 6.7.11A.";

        (c)     section 6.7.10(2) is repealed .
