JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 (NO. 12 OF 2011) - SECT 5
Licensee must complete refresher approved responsible service of alcohol programs
In section 108AA(3) of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 , for "person
responsible for the management or control of the licensed premises" substitute
"responsible person".
