JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (POLICE CUSTODY OFFICERS) ACT 2015 (NO. 59 OF 2015) - SECT 27

    (1)     In section 464Z(1A) of the Crimes Act 1958 , for "police officer, or a class of police officers," substitute "police officer or police custody officer, or a class of police officers or police custody officers,".

    (2)     In section 464Z(3A) of the Crimes Act 1958 , after "police officer" (where twice occurring) insert "or police custody officer".

    (3)     In section 464Z(3B) of the Crimes Act 1958 , for "or (3A)" substitute ", or the police officer or police custody officer referred to in subsection (3A),".

    (4)     In section 464Z(6)(ab) and (c)(i) and (iv) of the Crimes Act 1958 , after "police officer" insert "or police custody officer".
