JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2021 (NO. 11 OF 2021) - SECT 100

At the end of section 99 of the Powers of Attorney Act 2014 insert —

    "(2)     For the purposes of this section, a supportive attorney appointment is effective as to a supportive attorney appointment if the statement of acceptance is signed using the remote witnessing procedure.

    (3)     For the purposes of this section, a signature may be an electronic signature if the remote witnessing procedure is used.".
