JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2021 (NO. 11 OF 2021) - SECT 120

After clause 18 of Schedule 6 to the Juries Act 2000 insert —

        "     19     Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Amendment (System Enhancements and Other Matters) Act 2021

This Act as amended by Part 17 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (System Enhancements and Other Matters) Act 2021 applies to a trial in which a jury is empanelled after the commencement of that Part, irrespective of when the offence to which the trial relates is alleged to have been committed or when the cause of action arose.".
