JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2021 (NO. 11 OF 2021) - SECT 126

Definitions

In section 3(1) of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 insert the following definition—

""authorised legal representative" of a person means an Australian legal practitioner who has been instructed by a person to receive documents on the person's behalf;".
