JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2021 (NO. 11 OF 2021) - SECT 134

Legal representation of witnesses and other persons

After section 127(1) of the Independent Broad‑based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 insert —

"(1A) For the purposes of this section, the attendance of an Australian legal practitioner at the IBAC for the purposes of representing a witness includes attendance by the practitioner by means of audio visual link or audio link.".
