JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PAROLE REFORM AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2016 (NO. 76 OF 2016) - SECT 4

At the foot of section 74AAB(3) of the Corrections Act 1986 insert —

" Note

A prisoner who is required to go through the process set out in section 74AAA would still obtain an order under section 74 or 78.".
