LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM (AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 8 OF 2006) - SECT 4

    (1)     In section 3(1) of the Principal Act, insert the following definition—

' "late hour entry declaration" means a declaration made under section 58B;'.

    (2)     In section 3(1) of the Principal Act, insert the following definition—

' "state of intoxication" has the meaning given by section 3AB(1);'.
