LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 57 OF 2010) - SECT 5

    (1)     In section 4(1)(c) of the Principal Act, for "industries." substitute "industries; and".

    (2)     After section 4(1)(c) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(d)     to regulate licensed premises that provide sexually explicit entertainment.".
