LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT (ELECTIONS) ACT 2008 (NO. 35 OF 2008) - SECT 11
Amendment of section 20—Request that address not be shown
In section 20(1) of the Local Government Act
1989 after "A person" insert "who is entitled as a ratepayer to be enrolled on
the voters' roll under section 13, 14, 15 or 16".
