LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT (ELECTIONS) ACT 2008 (NO. 35 OF 2008) - SECT 40
Amendment of section 9A—Persons entitled to be enrolled without application
In sections 9A(3)(d) and 9A(5)(d) of the
City of Melbourne Act 2001 for "that rateable property" substitute
"the municipal district".
