LOCAL GOVERNMENT (GREATER GEELONG CITY COUNCIL) ACT 2016 (NO. 14 OF 2016) - SECT 14

This Part and Part 4 are repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which those Parts have come into operation.

Note

The repeal of this Part and Part 4 does not affect the continuing operation of the amendments made by Part 4 (see section 15(1) of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 ).
