LAND (FURTHER MISCELLANEOUS) ACT 2006 (NO 46 OF 2006) - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is—

        (a)     to revoke the permanent reservation over certain land at Belmont; and

        (b)     to revoke the permanent reservation and the related Crown grant over certain land at Moreland South; and

        (c)     to revoke the permanent reservation and the related Crown grant over certain land at Bendigo.
