LIVESTOCK MANAGEMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 15 OF 2010) - SECT 40

An inspector may     require a person—    

        (a)     to answer a question to the best of that person's knowledge, information and belief; or

        (b)     to take reasonable steps to provide information.
