Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Council must submit to the Minister on or before 31 October in each year a report on the performance of the Council's functions during the financial year, including a summary of any advice the Council has given to the Minister during that year.
(2) The Minister must ensure that a report under subsection (1) is laid before both Houses of the Parliament within 4 weeks after it is received or, if Parliament is not then sitting, on the next sitting day of Parliament.
