MARINE AND COASTAL ACT 2018 (NO. 26 OF 2018) - SECT 45

In performing a function as a regional and strategic partnership, the parties to the partnership must have regard to—

        (a)     the terms of reference of the partnership; and

        (b)     the scope of the issue being considered; and

        (c)     the timeframes for preparing and implementing the product.
