Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) After considering any submissions in relation to a proposed product under a regional and strategic partnership, the parties to the partnership must submit the proposed product to the Minister for approval.
(2) The Minister must—
(a) approve the product with or without amendment; or
(b) refuse to approve the product and direct the regional and strategic partnership to amend the product.
(3) The Minister must publish notice of the approval of a product in the Government Gazette.
(4) An approved product comes into operation—
(a) on the date on which the notice under subsection (3) is published in the Government Gazette; or
(b) on any later date specified in the notice.
