MARINE AND COASTAL ACT 2018 (NO. 26 OF 2018) - SECT 67

A person to whom a consent has been given must comply with a reporting condition of that consent.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 12 penalty units;

    In the case of a body corporate, 60 penalty units.
