MURRAY-DARLING BASIN AMENDMENT ACT 2007 (NO. 3 OF 2007) - SECT 3

In section 3(1) of the Murray-Darling Basin Act 1993 —

        (a)     at the end of paragraph (b) of the definition of "Agreement" insert —

"and

        (c)     amended by the Amending Agreement 2006;";

        (b)     insert the following definition—

" Amending Agreement 2006 means the Murray-Darling Basin Agreement Amending Agreement 2006 that was made on 14 July 2006 (as revised by the Ministerial Council on 29 September 2006), a copy of which is set out in Schedule 3;".
