MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 107

    (1)     In section 50(2) of the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 —

        (a)     in paragraph (e), for "council; or" substitute "council.";

        (b)     paragraphs (f) and (g) are repealed .

    (2)     After section 50(2) of the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 insert —

    "(3)     This section does not apply to an investigation of a disclosed matter that relates to a member of the police force.".
