MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 117

    (1)     In section 63(2) of the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 —

        (a)     in paragraph (b), for "council;" substitute "council.";

        (b)     paragraphs (c) and (d) are repealed .

    (2)     For section 63(4) of the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 substitute —

    "(4)     This section does not apply to an investigation of a disclosed matter that relates to a member of the police force.".
