MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 128

        In section 108(2) of the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 —

        (a)     in paragraph (c), for "Part 7." substitute "Part 7; or";

        (b)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     proceedings for contempt of the Director under section 61H.".
