Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In section 23(3) of the Ombudsman Act 1973 , after "municipality" insert "and may send a copy to the Premier".
(2) For section 23(6) of the Ombudsman Act 1973 substitute —
"(6) If a copy of any report and recommendations together with a copy of any comments has been sent to the Governor in Council under sub-section (5), the Ombudsman may make a report to the Parliament on any of the matters to which the report and recommendations relate that the Ombudsman thinks fit.".
