MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 92

    (1)     After section 102E(1)(b) of the Police Regulation Act 1958 insert —

    "(ba)     take members of the force on secondment in accordance with section 102EA;".

    (2)     After section 102E(2) of the Police Regulation Act 1958 insert —

    "(3)     The Director may terminate a secondment (including a secondment of a member of the force) at will.".
