MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 97

After section 129A(3) of the Police Regulation Act 1958 insert —

    "(4)     It is the intention of section 86J, as amended by section 75 of the Major Crime (Investigative Powers) Act 2004 , to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975 .".
