MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 98

For section 129A(4) of the Police Regulation Act 1958 substitute —

    "(4)     It is the intention of section 86J, as amended by section 76 of the Major Crime (Investigative Powers) Act 2004 and as it applies on or after the commencement of that section 76, to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975 .".
