MOTOR CAR TRADERS AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 4 OF 2008) - SECT 1

The main purposes of this Act are—

        (a)     to amend the Motor Car Traders Act 1986 to improve the operation of that Act; and

        (b)     to amend the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 to insert a new definition of insolvent under administration ; and

        (c)     to make consequential amendments to other Acts as a result of the amendment of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 .
