MOTOR CAR TRADERS AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 4 OF 2008) - SECT 11
Insertion of penalty for failing to keep a dealings book
(1) In section 35(1) of the Principal Act, for
"Every motor car
trader" substitute "A motor car trader".
(2) At the foot of section 35(1) of the Principal
Act insert —
"Penalty: 50 penalty units.".
